  1. Remove Undesired Relationships

    It might sound a bit harsh but you have to remove a toxic relationship from your life. There is no method where this is done nicely or pleasantly. But it can be done respectfully. Be honest and clear to the person you are talking with. We all have our own ways of making our message clear.

  2. Honesty

    Small white lies are hidden in everyday conversations. These little lies will in the end always lead up to bigger ones. Simply put, lying creates negative energy. We can’t really think that all these parts of our being are just working separately right? Each has an effect on the other. Cause and effect. Balancing them is key to a healthy lifestyle.

Show your positive view of the community and your neighborhoods might do the same. If anything distasteful has happened which will not allow you to experience a positive outlook in your surroundings it might be a good option to move.

    Help an older citizen with their groceries. Do some charity work.  Get involved with a non-profit. Getting involved in philanthropic programs makes a positive impact on the world around you, ultimately making you feel positive about yourself and about life.

  3. Become Aware of Energy

    Now, what do I mean with this…? It might sound a bit fictional to you but you’d be surprised how much energy someone can give you just based on their state of mind. If someone is angry you feel an urge to stay away from this person right? Just like if someone becomes violent you keep your distance.

    My goodness, such wisdom at such a young age. You have just turned a quarter of a century and the subjects and contents you share are deep and there is so much there and the subject of negative energy is certainly one we could all do with becoming aware of, however, it is a personal journey.

    Know thyself, thy traps and i am learning, only now, at the other end of the spectrum, at 63, that embracing my monsters and shaking hands with them first, by meeting and being with their rawnwess, I need not do anything at all, and they will dissolve of their own accoord. Wounds create negativity until, indeed, we learn how to treat them. And hey, who wants to feel that shit anyway??
